Some folks talk about improvement like a bunch of life hacks, protein drinks, leg day, probiotics, new clothes, sleep trackers, time-management apps, gadgets, clever new morning routines. But it's not just about chipping away at flaws from the outside. Transformation, that's what I'm talking about. Like at the precise moment when I was a tadpole growing legs, one day noticing a twitch in the back, an acute tug toward land. That’s awareness. That's first jiggle of transformation.
In other words, you don’t leap onto the lily pad right away. That comes at the end. It starts the moment you catch yourself in the old pattern—the impulse to crack a joke for attention, drop names, kick ribs—and then you walk it back. Awareness itself is progress.
